What is TWR?
The full name of TWR is Two-Way-Ranging. The TWR positioning algorithm is a two-way ranging algorithm. UWB positioning is based on distance measurements between UWB anchor and UWB tags. The TWR ranging accuracy directly determines the positioning accuracy.
The SKYLAB TWR UWB anchor is developed based on the DW1000 solution. It has a long measurement distance and supports more than 1000 meters of two-way ranging. It has high positioning accuracy, which can reach 10-30 cm. It is very suitable for personnel positioning in tunnels and coal mines.
