The SKZ306 is a highly integrated ZIGBEE module, designed for high data rate, short-range wireless ommunication in the 2.4GHz ISM band. The module is based on EFR32BG21 radio transceiver IC,which integrates a 32 bit ARM Cortex-M33 76.8MHz CPU, 64kB Data RAM, 512kB Flash memory and nalog and digital peripherals. The SKZ306 provides a high cost-effective ZIGBEE solution for wireless ransmission.
