WiFi Bluetooth combination module WG244, supports 2T2R 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax. It has WLAN SDIO interface controller and Bluetooth 5.0/5.2 SDIO interface controller. The module is compatible with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax. WiFi supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands, 20MHz/40MHz/80MHz bandwidth transmission. It integrates Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 PA internally. The driver supports Android /Linux/ IOS /WIN10 system.
From the interface point of view, the WG244 Wifi module is based on the SDIO interface. It is an embedded module that complies with WiFi wireless network standards. WG244 has built-in wireless network protocol IEEE802.11 protocol stack and TCP/IP protocol stack. It can realize the conversion between the user's main platform data and the wireless network through the SDIO port.
SDIO is a high-speed serial interface, which means SD's I/O interface. It can be used to connect external devices to the main controller. WG244 connects to external peripherals through the I/O pins of SD. It transmits data with these peripherals through the I/O data interface on the SD. SDIO supports data transmission and control commands. WG244 provides high-speed data transmission and low power consumption, and is compatible with SD and MMC interfaces. SDIO interface has a wide range of applications in the audio and video field. For example, audio players, audio input devices, cameras, etc.
From the perspective of transmission rate, the wifi6 module WG244 is compatible with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax compatible WLAN. WiFi supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz band 20MHz/40MHz/80MHz bandwidth transmission. It provides transmission rates up to 1201Mbps for IEEE 802.11ax MIMO OFDM.
The WG244 Wifi6 module has the characteristics of high speed, high performance, high integration and small size. It can realize wireless LAN communication function.
